We want you to love your purchase from Verona Crest Co. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Since each product is custom-made for you, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order goes into production and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please email us immediately at info@veronacrest.com with your order number.
2. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following conditions:
· The product you received is damaged or defective.
· You received a completely wrong product compared to your order.
3. Return Process
If your order meets the above conditions, please contact us at info@veronacrest.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/wrong product. We will review your case and guide you through the return process. We may offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
4. No Returns/Refunds for Change of Mind
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like “change of mind”, choosing the wrong size/color, or slight variances in the product’s appearance.
